The short version: we only collect what you type into the enquiry form or send by email, we use it to reply and to introduce you to a small number of matched wedding vendors, and you can ask for it to be deleted at any time.

What we collect

What you submit through the form (name, email, wedding date, guest count, budget range, notes) and any email you send us. Nothing else. This site sets no cookies and uses no advertising trackers; analytics are anonymous page counts only.

What we do with it

We use your enquiry to reply and to make introductions. When we introduce you to a planner or venue, we share your enquiry details with that specific vendor so they can respond to you directly. We never sell enquiry data or share it beyond the vendors we introduce you to.

Your rights

Email hello@basquecoastweddings.com to see, correct, or delete your data. Enquiries are deleted after 24 months of inactivity in any case.
